A Yankee picks the sports-friendly Laurel; Avedon’s former home changes hands;Laurel condos at 400 East 67th Street A rocker buys a model’s Nolita loft; Chloë’s cute East Village refuge sells.

Yankees center fielder Curtis Granderson is leaving his apartment at 515 East 72nd Street to rent a one-bedroom apartment at the Laurel condominium at 400 East 67th Street. Amenities at the latter include a state-of-the-art fitness complex with a weight room, a 50-foot lap pool and a triathlon training center. There’s also parking and a screening room (NYPost).

Late photographer Richard Avedon’s former home at 407 East 75th Street is on the market for $12.5 million. The current owner of the four-story, six-bedroom Yorkville townhouse is TV producer and tech entrepreneur Kevin Wendle, who bought the home from former French president Nicolas Sarkozy’s half-brother, Oliver, for $8.4 million in January (TheRealDeal) .

Victoria’s Secret model Maryna Linchuk has just sold her Nolita loft to Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond, Jr. for $1.25 million. The 1,033-square-foot condo loft at 354 Broome Street formerly served as the home to singer Fiona Apple and artist Ryan McGinness before “Angel” Linchuk landed there in 2010 (NYPost).

Downtown darling/designer/actress Chloë Sevigny has sold her one-bedroom co-op at 119 East 10th Street in the East Village. The 1,250-square-foot apartment, once featured in House & Garden, is a cozy combo of exposed brick, beamed ceilings, wide-plank pine floors and a woodburning fireplace; it was on the market for $1.7 million (NYPost).
