Carter Horsley's Review of 110 West 25th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, 12-story, mid-block building at 108 West 25th Street between the Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue in Chelsea was erected in 1911 and has 11 condominium apartments.  The former loft building was converted to apartments in 2001 by Axel Development LLC of which Christopher Harris was a principal and Joseph M. Walter was the architect.

The building is just to the east of the 40-story Marriott Renaissance Hotel at 112 West 25th Street that has a rooftop swimming pool and was completed by the Lam Group in 2018.  The hotel, which was designed by Nobutaka Ashihara, has a setback glass façade and is one of the tallest buildings in Chelsea. " Read Carter's Full Review
