In summer 2025, developer Toll Brothers entered contract to buy the development site at 118 Tenth Avenue, between West 16th and 17th Streets, for $53 million from developer Benny Barmapov. Former owner Brandon Miller had hoped to build an office property on the site, but residential development will reportedly take shape instead.
