This attractive, red-brick, 5-story building at 260 West 22nd Street between 7th and 8th avenues in Chelsea was built in 1905 and converted in the 1960s.  It has 9 co-operative apartments.

Description

It has inconsistent but nice fenestration and protruding air-conditioners.
