In December 2025, One Domino Square reached 100 contracts signed. The development on the transformed Domino Sugar Refinery site on the Williamsburg waterfront is Brooklyn's best-selling building of 2025, and has averaged approximately 5.5 deals per month over the past 18 months.

A four-bedroom condo at Two Trees’ One Domino Square in Williamsburg sold for $5.8 million, marking the priciest neighborhood sale this year and part of the first wave of closings at the waterfront development. The project, which features two towers and 160 condo units, is about 20% sold, with unlisted penthouses expected to hit the market soon. Williamsburg’s home prices continue to rise, with a median price of $1.3 million in Q2 2024, reflecting a 22% annual increase.
