The Chelsea Quarter, 129 West 20th Street: Review and Ratings

between Avenue of the Americas & Seventh Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 129 West 20th Street by Carter Horsley

This very attractive, 7-story, red-brick, loft building was erected in 1930 and is a condominium with 15 apartments.

It features large apartments with large windows. The fifth floor windows are arched.

The building has nice architectural detailing, a roof deck, a health club, video intercom, and basement storage, but no doorman, no garage and no sidewalk landscaping. It is across the street from a garage.

This is a good Chelsea location that is not far from the Flatiron District and is convenient to many restaurants and stores along Ladies' Mile. There is good public transportation at 23rd Street.
