Carter’s Review

"This very attractive, 7-story, red-brick, loft building was erected in 1930 and is a condominium with 15 apartments.

The building has nice architectural detailing, a roof deck, a health club, video intercom, and basement storage, but no doorman, no garage and no sidewalk landscaping. It is across the street from a garage."
