This very handsome modern rental apartment building at 535 Classon Avenue between Fulton Street and Putnam Avenue in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn was completed in 2015 and had 38 apartments.

The five-story building was erected by Kahen Properties, which is headed by Alex Kahen, and designed by Shahriar Afshari.

The gray-aluminum façade over a one-story red-brick base is setback at the top floor.

Bottom Line

A very nicely proportioned modernist low-rise apartment building with large windows and an aluminum façade.

Apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, washers and dryers and stainless-steel kitchen appliances and quartz kitchen countertops.
