Concord Village

Complex located in Downtown Brooklyn

Concord Village is a seven-acre, seven-building complex located in Brooklyn Heights and surrounded by landscaped grounds. The 17-story buildings were constructed as rentals but converted to cooperatives over 30 years ago.

Each building in Concord Village has 24-hour door staff, central laundry rooms, bike rooms, private storage (subject to availability), and roof decks. Complex-wide amenities include a fitness center, a community room, a children's playroom, an outdoor playground, and on-site parking (subject to availability). Concord Village allows one dog per apartment, with no breed or weight limits.

Concord Village's address at the nexus of Downtown Brooklyn, DUMBO, and Brooklyn Heights allows for easy access to the best dining, shopping, and culture in the neighborhoods. The High Street A/C train is a short distance from the complex, and additional transportation options include the A/C, F, R, 2/3, and 4/5 trains.
