192 Water Street is a former tea warehouse in DUMBO, originally built in 1887 and converted into a condominium of expansive lofts in 2010. Designed by Della Valle Bernheimer, the building retains exposed brick, timber structural elements, oversized windows, and the broad proportions associated with its industrial past.
