Carter's Review

This 13-story apartment building at 1790 Third Avenue between 99th and 100th streets in East Harlem was erected by Next City Real Estate, which is headed by Moshik Zemach, in 2017 and has 52 condominium apartments.

It was designed by Susan Wright of the IBI Group-Gruzen Samton.

It is across the avenue from the Cherry Hill Playground and El Barrio’s Artspace PS109 and not far from the 96th Street cross-town bus and the Lexington Avenue and Second Avenue subway stations.

Bottom Line

The Cereza is a pleasant silver-colored metal-and-glass, mid-block, mid-rise condominium in East Harlem with good public transportation access.

The building has a silver-colored metal and glass façade and will have an ambulatory facility and retail space on the ground floor.

The building has a setback above the 8th floor.
