"The Jefferson at 211 East 13th Street between Third and Second Avenues is one of the most attractive post-war buildings in the East Village.

It was erected in 2013 and designed by BKSK Architects and built by Ironstone Development Company of Hoboken, N.J., which worked with SK Development, of which Scott Shnay is a principal, and CB Developers, of which Charles Blaichman is a principal, on the project." Read Carter's Full Review
