This very sleek, 14-story residential building at 320 Adolphus Avenue at the corner of Gorge Road in Cliffside Park, New Jersey is expected to be completed in 2018 by DMG Investments. 

It has 204 residential condominium apartments and is known as One Park.

The building was designed by Architectura of Fort Lee, N.J.  VLDG Inc. was the interior designer.

Bottom Line

A very striking and very modern cliff-top aerie with many amenities and sweeping vistas and free shuttle to Port Imperial Ferry Terminal.

Description

The building has extensive landscaping and a large entrance marquee.

It has many glass-railed balconies with end angled and varying lengths that created a very visual dynamic. 

Amenities

The building has automated parking with a covered drop-off area, an air filtration system, a back-up generator, a condensing boiler and an electric car charging station.

It also has a shuttle bus to the Port Imperial Ferry Terminal and 25,000 square feet of amenities including a roof deck with dining terrace with grilling stations and an outdoor movie theater, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a full-time doorman, a screening room, a large indoor, 55-foot-long swimming pool with a slanted ceiling overlooking the Hudson River and an adjoining outdoor deck, a squash court, bicycle storage, a lounge, a pet spa and a golf simulator.
