This very sleek, 14-story residential building at 320 Adolphus Avenue at the corner of Gorge Road in Cliffside Park, New Jersey is expected to be completed in 2018 by DMG Investments. 

It has 204 residential condominium apartments and is known as One Park.

The building was designed by Architectura of Fort Lee, N.J.  VLDG Inc. was the interior designer.

A very striking and very modern cliff-top aerie with many amenities and sweeping vistas and free shuttle to Port Imperial Ferry Terminal.

The building has extensive landscaping and a large entrance marquee.

It has many glass-railed balconies with end angled and varying lengths that created a very visual dynamic.
