This 13-story Romanesque Revival building, designed by Oswald Wirz in 1897, was converted to 23 rental apartments in 1998 and is located across from Ground Zero. In 2005, it was announced that the building would house the Tribute Center, a 6,000-square foot interactive educational center with exhibitions about the 1993 and 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
