Wrey is the residential conversion of the 32-story postwar office tower at 222 Broadway in the Financial District. CetraRuddy reconfigured the interiors to create expansive apartments that make the most of views of iconic city landmarks.
All 788 studio to three-bedroom apartments feature ceilings up to 9'8" high, white oak flooring, oversized windows with integrated blackout shades, smart thermostats, and in-unit laundry. Kitchens come outfitted with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a paneled Bertazzoni appliance suite, including induction cooktop. Select units have custom modular closets, and many apartments feature dedicated home office space. The 31st floor is dedicated to penthouse apartments.
The Two Two Two collection of residential amenities spans five floors and was inspired by celebrated members' clubs. The Fitness Club offers state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, a dedicated yoga studio, and two private training studios. The Wellness spa is centered around a 75-foot lap pool and hot tub, and offers a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, treatment room, relaxation room, and lounge with waterfall feature. The Social offers recreational amenities like a game lounge, a screening room, a karaoke room, a sports simulator, a music room, a maker's studio, and Playspace, a children's playroom inspired by P.T. Barnum's American Museum.
On the 19th floor, The Park Lounge offers a coworking library with virtual meeting rooms, and the Private Dining Room offers a catering kitchen and access to a Park Terrace with lounge, bar, and grill stations. At the crown of the building, the Penthouse lounge opens to the rooftop Sundeck with outdoor kitchen, bars, dining and lounging areas, outdoor showers, and an outdoor pool.
Wrey is located in close proximity to City Hall Park, Westfield World Trade Center, the Seaport, popular Lower Manhattan dining, and Financial District offices. The nearby Fulton Street transportation hub allows for a convenient commute almost anywhere in New York City.
