Sky View Parc Tower 3 is a 16-story post-war condominium building in Queens's Flushing neighborhood, completed in 2011 with 448 units. The building offers numerous amenities including an attended lobby, fitness center, garden, outdoor entertainment space, and in-unit washer/dryer.
Sky View Parc Tower 3 is one of three 17 story residential towers comprising the first phase of a 14 acre mixed use development in Flushing. Completed in 2011 and designed by Perkins Eastman, the building contains 448 units across the three Phase 1 towers, which sit atop a four story retail and parking podium. Originally developed by Muss Development Company and Onex Real Estate Partners, the project saw Muss exit during the 2008 financial crisis. The entire first phase sold out by 2013, and in 2015, Blackstone acquired the development's 800,000 square foot shopping mall and parking for $400 million.
The building's most distinctive feature is its 6 acre private park, designed by landscape architect Moss Gilday, which sits elevated above the retail podium. The shopping center below includes major retailers like Nike, Restoration Hardware, Nordstrom Rack, Uniqlo, BJ's Wholesale Club, and Target. The development is located at 40-22 College Point Boulevard, a three minute walk from both the 7 subway line Main Street station and the Long Island Rail Road station.
Amenities include a 24 hour concierge and doorman, fitness center, pool, basketball and tennis courts, golf putting greens, dog run, children's playground, spa room, roof deck, and a live-in resident manager. The elevated park provides outdoor entertainment space and recreational facilities exclusive to residents. On-site parking is available within the podium structure.
Apartments feature 9 foot ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers, and open kitchens, many with islands or breakfast bars. Units range from two to three bedrooms, with living and dining rooms spanning 22 to 35 feet in length. Penthouses include multiple terraces totaling up to 500 square feet of outdoor space. Many apartments have balconies or terraces, with some units offering over 300 square feet of outdoor area.
