Sky View Parc Tower 3 is a 16 story, 448 unit condominium in Flushing, completed in 2011 as one of three masonry towers in the first phase of the 14 acre Sky View Parc development. Designed by Perkins Eastman, the tower rises from a four story retail and parking podium whose roof holds a six acre private park by Moss Gilday.
Muss Development Company and Onex Real Estate Partners originally developed the project, though Muss withdrew during the 2008 financial crisis. The first phase sold out in 2013, and Onex sold the shopping center and parking component to Blackstone in 2015.
Apartments have 9 foot ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers, and open kitchens. Living and dining rooms range from 22 to 35 feet long, and many residences have balconies or terraces, with some outdoor spaces exceeding 300 square feet.
The building has a 24 hour concierge and doorman, a live-in resident manager, fitness center, pool, spa room, children's playroom, dog run, basketball and tennis courts, putting greens, rooftop terrace, and on-site parking. Pets are permitted. The 7 train stops at Flushing Main Street, while the LIRR's Port Washington Branch serves Flushing Main Street station; both are about a three minute walk away.
