The Meshberg Group did the interior design.

Bottom Line

This is a fairly massive, red-brick rental apartment building with a setback top with a glass façade on the border between Park Slope and Gowanus in Brooklyn.

Description

The handsome, red-brick building has some corner windows flanked by two piers that rise slightly above the roofline on each side.

On its long side, the building’s top four floors step down three floors with mostly glass façades from the corner in two steps and about two-thirds of the lower, red-brick section of the long façade is slightly setback from the corner.  On the other side of the corner, the building’s plan is similar but not as long.

The building has multi-pane fenestration and sections of the building’s ground floor has a light-colored façade.

Most of the masonry façade has two layers of spandrels and the top masonry floors have a three-layered cornice treatment.

The top floor at the corner has three corner windows.

The building has some terraces and a courtyard.

Amenities

The building has a roof deck, a garden, a party room, a lounge and a laundry room.
