237 11th Street is a 12 story, 105 unit rental building completed in 2017 at Fourth Avenue, where Park Slope meets Gowanus. Its red brick façade is broken up by corner windows, glass faced upper floors and a series of setbacks that step down along the building’s longer side.
Aufgang Architects designed the building, with interiors by the Meshberg Group and development by Adam America, Slate Property Group and Naveh Shuster LDT.
