"In between such important city landmarks as Gramercy Park and the Con Edison tower on 14th Street, this 16-story, white-brick apartment house has a very convenient location near the heart of one of the city's loveliest areas. The 278-unit building was erected in 1963 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. It is just down the block from Irving Place, noted for its many interesting restaurants, and not far from express subway stations.
