This attractive, 6-story, modern, mid-block residential building at 79 Clay Street between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, was erected in 2015.

Bottom Line

An attractive, modern, Mediterranean-style, mid-block building in Greenpoint with only 8 condominium apartments including some duplexes.

Description

The building has a white façade with decorative stone elements.  It has three inset balconies on one side of the front with metal railings on the third, fourth and sixth floors, giving the building a syncopated feel, and the other side has double-height windows on the 2^nd and 5^th floors that also contribute to the syncopation.
