The Greenwich Lane

Complex located in Greenwich Village

The Greenwich Lane is the residential conversion of the historic St. Vincent's Hospital in the heart of Greenwich Village. Some of the hospital's buildings were converted to condos, and others were demolished to make way for townhouse units and new buildings. Notable residents past and present include Starbucks CEO Howard Schulz, Jon Bon Jovi, Rosie O'Donnell, Tamara Mellon, Michael Ovitz, and Michael C. Hall.

Amenities at The Greenwich Lane include a 24-hour attended lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a 25-meter lap pool, a screening room, a lounge, a children's playroom, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The Greenwich Lane is LEED Gold certified.

The Greenwich Lane is located near several popular Greenwich Village restaurants and shops, the Whitney Museum, and the Gansevoort Street entrance to the High Line. It is a few blocks from the local and express 1/2/3 trains at 14th Street.
