"This 11-story building at 725 Riverside Drive on the southeast corner at 150th Street in the Hamilton Heights section of Harlem was built by Robert M. Silverman in 1914 with 55 apartments. It was then known as the Imperator and it now has 74 condominium apartments.

Amenities include a live-in super, part-time doorman, elevator, and common laundry. The building is close to Riverside Park, Riverbank State Park, Columbia University, and the 1, A/C, and B/D subway lines." Read Carter's Full Review
