This attractive, eight-story building at 10 Lenox Avenue on 111th Street, one block north of Central Park, was developed in 2019 by Level One Holdings and designed by Isaac & Stern.

It has 29 condominium apartments.

Fogarty Finger was the interior designer.

There is a subway station across the street.

 

 

Bottom Line

An elegant mid-rise building with a very handsome entrance just a few feet from Central Park North and a subway station.

 

Description

The building has an elegant toned grey brick façade with a rusticated base and an attractive, narrow cornice. The top floor is setback and has a dark brown façade.There is an entrance marquee, and the lobby has sculpture niches and plants.

 

 

Amenities

The building has a very large and handsome roof deck with grills and cabanas, a part-time doorman, a virtual doorman, a children's playroom with a terrace, a fitness center and a bicycle room.

 

Apartments

Apartments have white oak floors in plank and herringbone patterns and casement style windows.

Kitchens have honed Danby Fantastico marble countertops and islands, white lacquer cabinetry, and Bosch appliances.

Master baths have Bianco Sivec marble walls with accents of Lais Grey marble mosaic, walnut vanities and radiant heated floors.

Penthouses have 9-and-a-half-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and 42-bottle wine cellars.
