The red brick façade combines rustication with three stepped setbacks and a contrasting beige brick mass set farther back along the side street. Numerous slightly angled balconies, some covered in vines, animate the exterior, while an entrance marquee and articulated elevator lobbies continue the building’s layered design.
The amenity program includes an attended lobby with package acceptance and cold food storage, a rooftop terrace with gas grills and gardening, a landscaped courtyard, resident garden, lounge, children’s playroom, fitness center, boule court, covered parking, bike storage, resident storage, and a live in superintendent. Pet services include a grooming room and an outdoor paw rinse area.
