Carter’s Review

"This pleasant, 14-story, white-brick building has a very central, fairly quiet and very convenient Upper East Side location. It was erected in 1962 and converted to a cooperative in 1980 with 113 apartments. Just down a tree-lined street from Third Avenue, the building has some bay windows on its upper floors, a doorman, a concierge and an attractive lobby. Between Third and Second Avenues, which have many good and popular restaurants in this area, the building is two blocks south of crosstown bus service and one long block away from a local subway station at Lexington Avenue."
