The Eastbrook, 333 East 75th Street: Review and Ratings

between Second Avenue & First Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 333 East 75th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, 14-story, mid-block building was erected in 1960 and was converted to a cooperative in 1988. It has 100 units.

The white-brick building has a gray brick and glass block entrance surround with attractive sidewalk landscaping. It is across the street from the Saratoga, a tall luxury apartment building with a large plaza.

This building has a garage, discrete air-conditioners, consistent fenestration, a doorman, some terraces and a two-step-down vestibule.

There are numerous good restaurants in the area and good local shopping nearby. There is good cross-town bus service on 72nd and 79th Streets, and there is a nearby subway station at Lexington Avenue and 77th Street where Lenox Hill Hospital is also located.
