The Wilshire, 301 East 75th Street: Review and Ratings

between Second Avenue & First Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 301 East 75th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, 19-story, building was erected in 1966 and is a cooperative with 138 units.

The gray-brick building has a good central Upper East Side location with a canopied entrance with a very nice white and gray striated marble base with polished brown granite trim. The building has consistent fenestration with broad windows and discrete air-conditioners. It has no sidewalk landscaping but is across from very lush sidewalk landscaping at 300 East 75th Street.

Amenities and staff include a 24-hour doorman, beautifully renovated lobby, planted roof deck, exercise room, and garage. The building is located in the heart of the Upper East Side near prime shopping, excellent restaurants, a large supermarket, and good bus and subway service.
