Carter Horsley's Review of The Wilshire

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, 19-story, building was erected in 1966 and is a cooperative with 138 units.

The gray-brick building has a good central Upper East Side location with a canopied entrance with a very nice white and gray striated marble base with polished brown granite trim. The building has consistent fenestration with broad windows and discrete air-conditioners. It has no sidewalk landscaping but is across from very lush sidewalk landscaping at 300 East 75th Street."
