Carter Horsley's Review of 225 East 79th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, 17-story, brown-brick apartment house was erected in 1929 and converted to a cooperative in 1985.

The mid-block building, which has a two-story limestone base, a nice cornice and sidewalk landscaping, is across 79P Street from a handsome, three-story public library. The doorman building three stringcourses and permits protruding air-conditioners. It has no garage and no health club." Read Carter's Full Review
