Hunter’s View is a 73-unit, 12-story condominium apartment building at 48-15 11th Street that is a few blocks away from its larger sister building, One Hunter’s Point, on Borden Avenue near Vernon Boulevard.

Both buildings were erected by Simone Development in a neighborhood that includes the P.S. 1 Contemporary art Center, which is an affiliate of the Museum of Modern Art, and the Noguchi Museum and the Socrates Sculpture Park.

Both buildings were designed by the Newman Design Group and are close to the Pulaski Bridge.

This building was completed in 2008.
