59 Henry Street is a 19-story, 227-foot-tall mixed-use condominium tower in the Two Bridges section of the Lower East Side, developed by W & L Group in partnership with NYC Henry Street Group and designed by S9 Architecture. The project replaces former low-rise buildings and encompasses approximately 98,000 sq ft of total floor area, comprising 80 residential condos and 21 commercial units. Construction topped out in spring 2023 and the building is currently under façade installation as work progresses toward delivery in late 2025.
