Essex Crossing is a $1.9 billion, six-acre mega-development occupying several blocks near the Williamsburg Bridge on the Lower East Side. The residential component includes two condominiums, two mixed-income rentals, and two affordable senior housing buildings.

The Essex Crossing development is home to the International Center of Photography, a Regal Cinemas movie theater, The Gutter L.E.S. bowling alley, a new home for local mainstay Essex Market, a Target outpost, the largest Trader Joe's location on the East Coast, and a 15,000-square-foot public park.
