Arloparc (The Corcoran Group)
Sales have just launched at Arloparc, a new boutique condominium at 126 East 86th Street. The first availabilities of the 28 units include a half-floor two-bedroom for $2,850,000, a half-floor three-bedroom for $3,990,000, and a full-floor four-bedroom for $8,525,000.
