Nearly three years after permits were filed, construction has topped out on the new rental at 100 Ainslie Street in Williamsburg. Gad Ashoori is the architect of the 8-story, 29-unit building, which will also have retail space. The units are likely to be rentals.

The building rises at the corner of AInslie Street and Union Avenue and is a short two block walk to the Lorimer-Metropolitan Avenue subway station of the G and L lines. Amenities will include an outdoor recreation space, exercise room, lounge, laundry room, and bike room.100 Ainslie is conveniently located near popular neighborhood restaurants and bars.
