Renderings of Beckford House and Tower by The Boundary with Noë & Associates Renderings of Beckford House and Tower by The Boundary with Noë & Associates
Beckford House & Tower has had deals regularly featured near the top of Manhattan’s top sales and contracts since its sales launch in October 2019, and new numbers have emerged to demonstrate the allure of the two-building development: It has reached over $478 million in sales and is now over 85 percent sold. The complementary buildings have transformed their corner of the Upper East Side with their nods to prewar elegance, and the interiors offer luxuriously appointed apartments and thoughtfully curated amenities.
The news coincides with the launch of three marquee penthouses at the top of Beckford Tower, the taller of the two towers that is estimated for completion later this summer. Each penthouse will feature design by Studio Sofield, private elevator entry, grand proportions, and setback private terraces with spectacular views.

“We have set a new sales pace for the neighborhood and have proved that buyers are craving high-quality craftsmanship” - Terrence Lowenberg, Principal, Icon Realty Management

When Beckford Tower is completed, 17,000 square feet of amenities on the first floor and two lower levels will be unveiled. Wellness amenities will include a fitness center, yoga and training studios, basketball half-court, and Art Deco-inspired pool area with 65’ indoor pool, hot tub, relaxation area, steam room, and changing rooms. Socially oriented amenities will include a reception room and library, exclusive piano bar and lounge, party room with catering kitchen, fully equipped game room, and children’s playroom.
Aside from the penthouses, remaining availabilities at Beckford Tower range from a one-bedroom for $2.35 million to a four-bedroom for $9.7 million. At Beckford House, where closings began last winter, only a four-bedroom penthouse for $9.5 million remains on the market.
