The two top-selling buildings in Manhattan last month were the Billionaire’s Row towers One57 and 432 Park Avenue, according to data from CityRealty. The pricey supertalls dominated the list of top-selling condo buildings in New York despite there only being five closings total between the two—but those five apartments sold for a combined $149.35 million.
There were two sales recorded at One57, totaling $78.4 million. Unit 85 in the tower, a three-bedroom, four-bathroom, 6,240 ft2 apartment, sold for $53.96 million. The sale price, while lofty, was $1.59 million lower than it originally sold for in 2014. The other recorded sale at One57 was Unit 52B, a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom 5,475ft2 apartment that was a sponsor sale.

The two condo buildings best all other buildings in the city in terms of aggregate sales volume despite having relatively few unit sales—by contrast, the third top-selling condo building in Manhattan last month was One West End, which had $57.36 million in recorded sales spread over nine closings.
