Over the past seven days, closed sales in Manhattan aggregated to $200.8 million with an average price of $1.859 million from 108 sales. This is down slightly from last week's total of $217.9 million.
The 53 condo sales totaled $137 million with an average price of $2.55 million, or $1,741 per square foot. The 54 co-op sales aggregated $62.9 million and averaged $1.16 million.

Once again, the Upper East Side performed well among top sales. Listings in two new condominiums were at the top of the list, and a home in a prestigious prewar cooperative was not far behind. However, listings further downtown - in Midtown in a Jean Nouvel-designed tower, and an ultra-private West Village boutique condominium - rounded out the top five.
