Last week marked a notable resurgence of Manhattan's superluxury market, with over 25 deals signed for properties that asked more than $4 million. Overall, a staggering $454 million in apartment and townhouse contracts were reported across 173 deals. These transactions encompassed some of the city's most coveted properties, including classic Tribeca lofts, Bilionaires' Row aeries, and elegant Park Avenue residences. However, the standout performer in terms of total sales value was Fifteen Hudson Yards, securing three deals valued at nearly $46 million if all sold at their respective asking prices.

Shifting gears, Forbes magazine recently unveiled its highly anticipated annual ranking of the Wealthiest Americans in 2023. Among the elite list of 400, a remarkable 62 individuals call New York City home. Topping the group is former NYC mayor Michael Bloomberg, 81, with an estimated net worth of $96.3 billion. Other notable New York billionaires joining the ranks include Julia Koch, Stephen Schwarzman, Jim Simons, and Rupert Murdoch.
