While Dekalb Market Hall is situated on City Point's basement level, there is no doubt that the city’s largest food hall is the retail hub's crown jewel. Its 40 vendors reflect the cultural diversity of Brooklyn, much to the delight of visitors, and was always just an elevator ride away for residents of Brooklyn Point, a luxury condominium on top of the retail component and currently the borough’s tallest building. However, thanks to a new partnership with Extell, residents need not leave the building to enjoy the culinary offerings. Brooklyn Point contains over 40,000 square feet of amenity space and endless possibilities for residents-only themed food experiences with Dekalb Market Hall vendors.

The partnership announcement comes as Brooklyn Point gets ready to start occupancy in early 2020. Construction topped out in April 2019, the building was fully enclosed in September, and a recent visit showed the finishing touches being put on the façade designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. Sales of the tax-abated units got off to a strong start, and current availabilities range from a studio for $906,780 to a high-floor corner three-bedroom for $3,533,580.
