While reruns of The Cosby Show have all but vanished from the airwaves in light of Bill Cosby's sexual assault conviction, one thing that cannot be so easily forgotten is the show's strong New York connection. 10 Stigwood Avenue is a fictional address, but actor Geoffrey Owens points out, "The house that they used for the show was actually in Greenwich Village, but we were supposed to live in Brooklyn Heights, but we filmed in Queens."
