Q1 Record for Gramercy Park Co-op Sales

Average sales prices for co-ops in Gramercy Park were at an all-time high in the first quarter of 2018, according to research from CityRealty.  

 

The average price of a co-op in the neighborhood was $1.14 million in the first quarter, up from $1.03 million in the fourth quarter of 2017 and narrowly beating the previous record of $1.13 million in the third quarter of 2017. In fact, the past three quarters represent the first in which average co-op prices in Gramercy have been above $1 million.

Of the 57 co-op sales recorded in the neighborhood in the first quarter, the most expensive was the $5.4 million sale of unit 2F/2R in 1 Gramercy Park West, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit.

The second most expensive co-op sale in the first quarter was the $4.4 million sale of unit 12A in 44 Gramercy Park North, a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom unit.
