Households earning $89,250-$154,935/year are eligible to apply for one-bedroom apartments starting at $2,975/month, and households earning $110,850-$185,955/year are eligible to apply for two-bedroom homes starting at $3,695/month. The waitlist from spring 2018 remains active, but those on it are part of a long list; a 6sft article mentioned that a waiting list once reached over 15,000 people. The deadline to apply is April 3, 2019.

It is no surprise that the downtown complex in what has been described as "downtown's answer to Central Park" is in high demand. The spacious apartments have recently been renovated, and amenities include 24-hour on-site property manager and security, laundry room, cafe, children’s playroom, outdoor space with playgrounds and sports courts, and fitness center with cardio, weights, and group classes.
