Michael D'Alessio of Michael Paul Enterprises is back at it again in the Upper East Side. Construction is underway at the developers' latest boutique condominium project located at 184 East 64th Street, between Lexington and Third Avenue. DOB permits approved last month call for a horizontal and vertical expansion of the existing 5-story 4-unit townhouse into 6 stories and 5 units. The units will spread across 10,231 square feet, giving each resident plenty of comfortable living space. Michael Paul Enterprises have teamed up again with Vail Associates Architects for the project.
Renderings of the structure show a conservative limestone exterior with a street-level entrance and a small balcony on the third level. The extensive floorplans depict sizable apartments, with unit 1 totaling a whopping 3,611 square feet and units 2-5 spanning 1,760 square feet each. Amenities include plenty of cellar storage, a laundry room, balconies for each unit, a private patio and recreation room for unit 1 as well as a private rooftop terrace for the penthouse.

The area surrounding 184 East 64th Street is full of townhouses, restaurants and high-end shopping. With close proximity to Central Park and almost all subway stations (F, Q, N, R, 4, 5, 6) including the future second avenue subway stop just across the street, the boutique condominium will make an ideal residence.
