Sixty East Eighty Sixth (don’t try to say its name ten times fast) is Glenwood Management’s first condominium development. The building is rising to 19 stories from a coveted Carnegie Hill block, steps from Central Park. Now, with all of its 15 family-sized residences already in contract, the construction crew has fully removed the veil of netting to reveal the project's dapper facade.
Sixty East Eighty Sixth Street features design by Thomas Juul-Hanseen and a lovely entrance marquee.

Situated midblock between Madison and Park avenues, the tower was designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen in collaboration with the Stephen B. Jacobs Group. The exterior is composed of neat rows of multi-paned windows framed by a ribbed limestone façade. The tower is setback at the ninth floor and features a broad bronze entrance marquee.
All of Sixty East Eighty Sixth’s fifteen condominiums are in contract with an average ask of $3,131 per ft², or $9.95 million. The residences will all be gorgeously appointed. Kitchens will include marble-slab counters, custom lacquered cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances, and rich gray Vals quartzite floors from the Swiss Alps. Master baths will feature rosewood cabinetry, slabs of driftwood marble on the walls and floor, and fluted glass doors framed in polished nickel. Prices range from $6.85 million for a three-bedroom to $20 million for the triplex penthouse.
