Long Island-based Lalezarian Properties has officially launched a registration site for its new NYC development, 507 West Chelsea (previously known as Maestro West Chelsea). The development features three buildings that encircle the High Line in a unique configuration, with two 13-story buildings at 507 West 28th Street and a taller, 35-story tower at 319 Tenth Avenue. And taller indeed - the last of the three will reign as the tallest building in West Chelsea at a height of 425 feet.
Altogether, 507 West Chelsea will host 375 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. MNS is handling leasing for the buildings’ 300 market-rate units. (An affordable housing lottery for the remaining 75 units launched in August and closed just last week.) The development is set to host a range of amenities, including a furnished common rooftop, a children’s playroom, a swimming pool, a lounge, bicycle storage, a laundry room, a live-in super, private indoor parking, and private storage.
Progress at the site as of August; upon completion, the tallest building of the trio will reign as West Chelsea's tallest tower.
Designed by Avinash K. Malhotra Architects, 507 West Chelsea’s three buildings each feature a slick, reflective glass façade. With a home situated right alongside the High Line, residents of the development will have access to the best of what the Chelsea has to offer.
