The LUMA Hotel Times Square is all set for a Fall 2016 opening. The new luxury boutique hotel, located at 120 West 41st Street, is in a prime location between Times Square and Bryant Park. It is 257 feet tall with a total of 68,000 square feet, and has 26 floors with 130 rooms. PPA Architects was first commissioned in 2011 by developer Stanford Hotels to design the project, which caters to both business and leisure travelers. The hotel's aim is to serve as a hub in the middle of NYC, while also exemplifying supreme hospitality.

The building is situated between two classic pre-war building so its sleek, all-glass facade stands out and illuminates an otherwise standard Midtown block. Guests will enjoy the floor-to-ceiling windows which will allow plenty of light to flow into the rooms. Amenities will include complimentary WiFi and Nespresso coffee in every room, pillowtop mattresses, walk-in showers and Italian ETRO bath amenities, in-room dining, valet parking, concierge services, a fitness and wellness program, and a signature restaurant and bar.

The hotel lies in the heart of Manhattan, and is conveniently located near or close by all major city attractions, transportation, bars and restaurants. LUMA Guests will also be in close proximity to a new Whole Foods, which will soon be coming to 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue.
