"This attractive, red-brick, 9-story apartment building at 345 West 55th Street was erected in 1919 and converted to a cooperative in 1972.

The building has a roofdeck, a live-in superintendent, bicycle storage, separated windowed kitchens, beamed ceilings, protruding air-conditioners and is pet friendly. It has a broad bandcourse above the 2nd and 8th floors."
