It seamlessly integrates diverse functionalities, including commercial, exhibition, retail, hotel, and residential spaces. At its foundation, the building provides dynamic and versatile multi-use commercial space, crowned by a prominent 421-key hotel and 135 thoughtfully designed residential units. A recurring verdant motif, as depicted in the concept diagram, symbolizes interconnected amenity and communal spaces, effectively binding the various functions in a harmonious embrace. The design elegantly balances heightened efficiency with the nuances of contemporary preferences. A number of upscale amenities enhance its allure, such as inviting indoor/outdoor terraces, courtyard skylights that harness abundant natural light, a double-height ceiling indoor pool, a comprehensive wellness center, and on-site parking.
