This very attractive Chelsea rental building at 363 West 30th Street offers river views from its roof deck.

The 12-story building is known as Chelsea Place and has 60 apartments. It is also known as 352 Ninth Avenue.

Apartments feature high ceilings, air conditioning, kitchens with Brazilian Uba Tuba granite-topped islands and GE stainless steel refrigerators with automatic ice-makers and GE dishwashers. Kitchens and bathrooms have golden birch cabinetry.
