between Tenth Avenue & Eleventh Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 517 West 46th Street by Carter Horsley

The 45-unit condominium building at 517 West 46th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues was completed in 2007.

The attractive, 7-story project was developed by Clinton West Partners and Kaish & Taub Development Group.

Kutnicki Bernstein Architects have designed the handsome building that has gently curved balconies.

The building has an attended lobby, a private garden, a fitness center and private storage.

The Kaish & Taub Development Group built another low-rise condominium apartment designed by the same architects at 154 Attorney Street on the Lower East Side.

Kitchens have stainless steel GE appliances and bathrooms have Grohe fixtures.
